H&K Industrieanlagen has been established as a new player in the field of long products rolling mill technology. Based on sixty years of experience the new company is a result of a management buy-out project that guarantees continuity. The management team of FLSmidth Wadgassen Walzwerktechnik has acquired the business area “Rolling Mill Technology” of the Danish company FLSmidth and established H&K Industrieanlagen with new headquarters in Rehlingen, Germany.
