Simetal EAF FAST DRI is equipped with the FAST tapping system, a new furnace tilting system, and optimized oxygen and foaming slag processing for a continuous melting process. As a result, the melting periods and specific energy consumption are lowered by 10%, and productivity is increased by 15%. Thanks to the modular concept, existing furnaces can also be retrofitted.
